What if I need to fly last-minute?
If you need to fly last-minute be sure to check out Airline Ticket Deals
for an up-to-the-minute list of all the weekly travel deals
from the airlines. Often low-cost carriers do not require
advanced ticket purchase or Saturday night stayover, making
this choice far more economical for last-minute travel. Reservations
within 4 days of departure may not be made from the Airline Ticket Deals website. Please check with the
individual airlines for booking.
Once I purchase a ticket from Airline Ticket Deals, when can I expect to receive
it?
Paper tickets will be printed within 2-3 business days, (within
3-8 days during peak travel season). WARNING! DO NOT BOOK
RESERVATIONS IF DEPARTING IN 10 DAYS OR LESS! WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE
THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS ON TIME, (This applies
for peak travel season: March -thru- July). Paper tickets
will be sent via FedEx 2-3 day delivery service. If you have
purchased a regular (paper) ticket and are flying internationally,
you will be confirmed on your flight once we charge your credit
card. In the meantime, your paper ticket will be printed and
sent to you via FedEx 2-3 day service. Upon special request
we will gladly ship your paper tickets via FedEx Next Day
Air for an additional $25.00 USD. Our reservation offices
are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific
Time. Tickets purchased over the weekend will be printed Monday
morning, (processing time may vary during peak travel season:
March -thru- July). Please keep this in mind when estimating
the date that your travel documents will arrive.
Can I use my frequent flyer miles for purchases through
Airline Ticket Deals?
On Airline
Ticket Deals you CANNOT redeem frequent flyer miles, vouchers, airscript
or discount coupons. In most cases you need to book directly
with the airlines themselves to take advantage of these programs.
Do I get Frequent Flyer miles when I book a flight on
Airline Ticket Deals?
You may have your flight miles credited to your Frequent Flyer
account by presenting your account information at the check-in
counter any time prior to the departure of your flight.
If I live outside of the United States, can I purchase
my airline tickets through Airline Ticket Deals?
Airline
Ticket Deals can only sell airline tickets to United States residents.
We are working on systems that will allow us to offer our
services globally. In the meantime, if you live outside the

Can I use Airline Ticket Deals for around-the-world ticketing?
Yes! High Adventure Travel provides an online service for
planning complex, multi-country air travel itineraries. If
you plan to visit three separate continents OR if you want
to visit a minimum of five cities abroad during one trip,
this is your best bet.
What if I get bumped, lose my luggage or have a problem
with the airlines?

has different polices regarding lost luggage, getting bumped,
delayed flights, and schedule changes.
What should I know before traveling to an international
destination?
International travel may
require the need for valid travel documents such as: passport,
visa, re-entry permit, health certificate, inoculation record,
a ticket for the return journey or continuance of your trip,
or ANY combination thereof. The responsibility for the proper
documentation rests with the individual passengers, not Airline
Ticket Deals. Concerns about the required travel documents
may be resolved by contacting the appropriate consulate or
embassy.
I found a cheaper fare on another travel site. Why?
When a traveler requests a specific flight, many online sites
display the lowest prices listed by the airline for that flight.
Often there are no seats available at that price. Travelers
will do a quick comparison shop for fares believing they have
found a great bargain. However, it isn't until attempting
to purchase the low fare they are notified there are no seats
available at the price they originally saw published online.
Can I book an unaccompanied minor through Airline Ticket
Deals?
Unaccompanied
minors (1-11 years old) do not qualify for a child discount
ticket, and generally are only allowed to travel alone if
they purchase an adult ticket. Note- Certain airlines will
not allow anyone under 16 years old to travel alone on a consolidator
air ticket. Contact us/or the airline for details.
Do I need to register before I shop for airline tickets?
There is no need to register or create an account to search
for fares on this site. Should you decide to make a purchase,
you will be required to fill in a short form containing the
information that is needed to complete and process your reservation.
All information is conducted through a secure server, so you
can feel safe when entering your personal information. Should
you decide to have your personal information stored with us,
it will only be used to speed future reservations and NOT
for any other marketing or sales purposes.
What should I know before I buy an airline ticket from
Airline Ticket Deals?
Airline Ticket Deals accepts VISA, American Express, Discover,
and MasterCard credit cards. ALL payments must be in US dollars.
In order to ensure delivery of your tickets prior to your
departure, we cannot accept bookings for travel within 5 business
days of your departure date. To receive special low prices,
certain restrictions are attached to discounted domestic reservations.
Once discounted domestic reservations have been made and you
have provided payment to us, your reservation CANNOT be changed
and is completely NON-REFUNDABLE.
International consolidator tickets are also an excellent value,
but please keep in mind that with the low prices there are
also a number restrictions. Once international reservations
have been made and you have provided payment to us, YOUR RESERVATION
CANNOT BE CHANGED without large penalties (usually $100 -
$300 or more dependent upon the airline). Additionally, INTERNATIONAL
CONSOLIDATOR TICKETS ARE SOMETIMES NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKET CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO
A PROCESSING FEE OF $16.00 - $20.00 usd PER PERSON IN ADDITION
TO THE AIRLINE CANCELLATION FEES, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read
the listed restrictions prior to clicking the "Confirm
Reservations" buttion. (Does not apply if tickets are
Non-Refundable).
Beginning
with the first scheduled day of travel, your tickets are completely
non-refundable and non-changeable, (unless stated otherwise
in the air ticket restrictions given at the time of booking).
Any schedule changes must be made before the original departure
date. To ensure credit card security, all reservations must
be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling - nicknames
cannot be used. For international travel, the name on the
reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler`s
passport. Tickets can ONLY be shipped to the billing address
of the credit card holder on whose card the ticket was purchased.
This is done as a security precaution for our customers. Airline
Ticket Deals has established these procedures to prevent credit
card fraud and protect our customers. All paper tickets will
be shipped to domestic (48 US) addresses via FedEx 2-3Day
delivery for a fee of $10.00. Upon special request, tickets
can be sent FedEx overnight for an additional fee of $25.00
USD.
How do I book an airline ticket using Airline Ticket Deals?
Simply enter your departure and arrival information in the
consolidator air ticket form. Airline Ticket Deals performs
a comprehensive search of the fares and displays all flight
options. Rest assured that there is a seat waiting for you
aboard the plane. Flights are only booked and confirmed once
you have been issued a confirmation number.
How do I know what restrictions apply to the ticket that
I want to buy?
Once you have decided on a flight, all restrictions associated
with that particular ticket are displayed before you complete
your purchase. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST that you read through all
of the restrictions. If the ticket you wish to purchase is
restricted, you are entering into a binding contract. Other
flights may cost more, but they will allow you more freedom
and flexibility if you need to change your travel plans. It
is important to consider all consequences before you purchase
a cheaper ticket with restrictions.
